Guidelines for custom embroidery
We can embroider almost any design or logo onto garments and other items.
To embroider, we convert the design from an image file into the format that the machine uses to make the embroidery stitching.
If you haven’t already got a logo, then we can help you design one.
We have twenty standard colours to choose from.
Digitising your image
The cost to digitise your design is £15 plus VAT. This is a one-off cost and can be used for all subsequent garments of the same type. If you need to change the size or application of your design, it will need to be re-digitised with the applicable fee. The digitised design is fixed at the size you originally specified and can’t be changed as the digitised file tells the embroidery machine exactly where to place each stitch to create your design at that size.

Guidelines for Heat Transfer Vinyl
We use professional grade heat transfer vinyl, which we press onto clothing and accessories with commercial equipment. It is ideal for large areas and garments such as t shirts, which may be too delicate for larger embroidery designs.
Set up cost for Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) is £5.
